Reporting a profile
Signed-in users can report a profile from its page. Reports are reviewed by the moderation team, who may pause listings or suspend accounts.
Collaboration disagreements
Brands and creators should first try to resolve issues in their private conversation or Drop Room comments, which keep a timestamped history.
Mediation
If unresolved, write to ciao@ondastudioweb.com. UGC Nation may help review the history but, until online payments are active, does not hold funds or guarantee outcomes.

Send notices of infringement to ciao@ondastudioweb.com with the content link and proof of rights.
Information the owner must provide
- Data Protection Officer or EU representative, if required
- Governing law and competent court
- Hosting / processor list and data transfer safeguards to confirm
- Minimum age, data retention period and default usage-rights rule
- Final commission and payment terms once online payments are enabled
