How the creator directory and brand–creator requests work.

Role of UGC Nation
UGC Nation connects brands and creators. Unless and until online payments are enabled, agreements on scope, price and delivery are made directly between the brand and the creator.
Listing
Creators appear in the directory only after an explicit opt-in and once their profile is complete. They can switch it off at any time. Paid plans never buy a better ranking.
Requests and messages
Requests and messages must relate to a real collaboration. Spam, solicitation outside the brief and harassment are not allowed.
Accuracy
Creators are responsible for the accuracy of their portfolio, packages and prices. UGC Nation does not verify follower numbers or results declared by creators.
Reviews
Reviews, when available, will only come from completed collaborations on UGC Nation.
Information the owner must provide
- Data Protection Officer or EU representative, if required
- Governing law and competent court
- Hosting / processor list and data transfer safeguards to confirm
- Minimum age, data retention period and default usage-rights rule
- Final commission and payment terms once online payments are enabled
