The service
UGC Nation provides creator portfolios, a creator directory, request and messaging tools, collaboration management and Drop Rooms for file delivery. Paid plans and online payments are not yet active.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. One person or company per account. You must be at least [AGE] years old.
Acceptable use
No unlawful, misleading, infringing or abusive content; no spam, scraping or attempts to bypass security; no impersonation. We may moderate content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you upload. You grant UGC Nation a limited licence to host and display it as needed to run the service and, if you opt in, the marketplace.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as is during the beta. Liability limits: [TO BE DEFINED BY COUNSEL].
Changes and termination
You can delete your account at any time. We will notify material changes to these terms in advance.
